2005 Scion xA

**UPDATE** - After the commute home last night, the 25th, I filled up the gas tank to be ready for next week. 7.875 gallons. I had driven 338.6 miles back and forth to Boulder. 338.6/7.875 = 42.9968 miles to the gallon. Nice.


Since my new job is 50 some-odd miles away, I decided driving the Tahoe 100+ miles every day was going to eat away the salary increase I received. So I bought a used Scion xA. 32+ miles per gallon and it is like driving a roller skate. But it takes me back to the days of the Toyota Tercel. Good times!

It is soooo small after driving the Tahoe. I can just about turn it around in the driveway. There is tons of room when I park in parking spaces but I have to remember to take dips and railroad crossings slower.
