After 4 phone interviews and a 3 hour in-person interview today with Rally Software, I got this email from them:

Hi Michael,

It was a pleasure meeting you today. We are interested in having you join us at Rally and would like to perform a reference check.

If you could provide us with the names and contact information for at least 3 references (at least one should be someone you reported to) we can move the process forward.
