As a journalist, my friends and relatives are always susceptible to becoming supposedly independent sources for J friends. Anymore, this potential source of quotes includes my kids.
Behold Martha in this month's Eltern (Parents) magazine (pg. 126):
For those of you who don't read German, the accompanying article is about whether or not Berlin is kid-friendly. In her sidebar, Martha says her favorite capital city spot is Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Note to Eltern contributor Kerstin: I'm 37, not 39 (!).

C'mon, 39 is not all that bad!
It's a bit like that Monty Python bit though: "I'm not 39 YET!"
Yeah, well, try 62 or 92, ages that are in your family now and your future. Thanks for this great website. I apologize about all the bad things I said about my nephew. Your are really a great family man. We'll be spending a lot of time at Christmas showing grandma all the great pictures from the past year.
